Lady at the front did NOT meet any standard for customer service. Asked to have room bill split. She made it seem like a major inconvenience. When I left a review of my stay I put 2 out of 10. She didn’t like that. Leaking attitude. She then proceeded to tell me and my mom that there were complaints about noise from our room. We had simply been talking and that’s it. No music. No loud TV. She just wanted to ruin our stay. Will NOT choose this hotel ever again.
Everyone, from checking in to checking out was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, and the breakfast was good. This hotel and its staff were very well managed and everyone so pleasant. Thank you

Hotel was clean, the ballroom was clean, attractive with 3 large TV's. Guest rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Great hotel. Stayed for the race at TMS. There are a couple great restaurants within walking distance but you'll need a car for anything else.
Very nice hotel overall, but the gym was closed for repairs and no one knew when it would reopen.
